Elena Moya, CFA, Investment and Content Specialist

With more than 20 years of experience following financial markets, I create narratives and stories that will help clients engage with your products and the ideas behind them.

Following a Masters in the US sponsored with a Fulbright scholarship, I worked for nine years at Bloomberg and for two years at both Reuters and The Guardian. I moved to asset management looking for depth and knowledge, becoming the head of Fixed Income Content at Legg Mason, Bond Vigilantes Editor and Macro Investment Specialist at M&G and head of EMEA Content at PIMCO.

I hold a BA in Journalism from the Universidad de Navarra (Spain), a Diploma in Creative Writing from Birkbeck College (UK) and a Masters of Arts (Journalism & Economics) from the University of Nevada, Reno, NV. (US). I am also a CFA charterholder and have written and published four fiction novels.
